I'm Sean Arthur. I put AI to work where mistakes are expensive.

The short version

I spent 12 years at Broadridge, rising from network technician to Director, Technical Services, where I led a 40-person technical team across the US, Canada, and India. At Northwell Health I was an Epic credentialed trainer. At LincolnIT I led vendor selection, security review, and contract governance. Most recently, as a Project Director at the New York State Office of Information Technology Services, I directed my project within the modernization of New York's Integrated Eligibility System.

Different industries, same lesson: technology pays off when it has clear ownership, sound governance, and people ready to use it. AI is no exception.

Why Arthur AI Advisory

I started Arthur AI Advisory in June 2026 to help regulated organizations do this work well. I'm also open to full-time roles. The work is the same either way.

I use AI every day and build with it, most recently a compliance-traceability AI agent made with the Claude Agent SDK. I write about what's working, what isn't, and what I'd never hand to a machine.

What's next

I'm optimistic about superintelligence, and I don't think anyone needs to fear it. The organizations that learn to work alongside these systems now will be ready for what comes next.

Off the clock

I'm based on Long Island, NY, and I'm an FAA Part 107 drone pilot. Some weeks the aerial footage beats the advice.
