Who I am

The AI Fit Check and contact form (Tally)

Both forms run on Tally, a third-party form service. Tally stores your answers and anything you choose to enter, such as your name, email, organization, and role, and it emails me a copy. I also keep a private spreadsheet of submissions (Google Sheets) so I can follow up. Your answers are used only to show your result and, if you ask, to follow up. You don't need to give an email to see your Fit Check result. Tally's own privacy policy covers how it handles data: https://tally.so/help/privacy-policy

Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

This site is hosted on Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't tell me who you are. That's why there's no cookie banner.

Email

If you email me, I keep the message in my mailbox (Proton Mail) so I can reply and keep track of the conversation. I don't add you to a mailing list or send automated sequences.

What I don't do

  • Sell, rent, or share your information
  • Use advertising trackers or retargeting
  • Use your answers to train AI models

Please don't send confidential data

Don't enter confidential, patient (PHI), client, or classified information in the Fit Check, the contact form, or a first email. A general description is plenty for a first conversation. If we work together, we'll agree on a proper way to handle sensitive material.

Deleting your data

Email seanjarthur@pm.me with the subject "Delete my data." I'll delete your Fit Check answers, form entries, and spreadsheet rows, and confirm when it's done. I'll also delete our email thread if you ask.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and its effective date.
